What we collect

Your name and contact details, property details, occupancy information, and the documents you upload for your application. If you pay online, Stripe processes your card details; we never see them.

Why

To quote for and carry out the work you ask for (contract), to keep business records (legal obligation), and to send Licence Watch reminders if you subscribe (contract).

Who we share it with

The relevant council when we submit your application; service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, file storage), under contract; and floor-plan surveyors where you've asked for a plan.

How long we keep it

For 6 years after the job ends, then we delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it or restrict its use. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
