Terms

1. What we do

We prepare and submit property licence applications on your behalf, as set out in your quote. We do not grant licences and cannot guarantee the council's decision, its timescale or the conditions it sets.

2. Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate, complete information and documents, read the draft application, and sign the declarations yourself. You remain responsible for the property meeting legal standards and licence conditions.

3. Fees

Our fee is fixed in your quote. A deposit is payable on instruction and the balance before submission. Council fees are separate and paid by you to the council.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of instructing us. If you've asked us to start work in that period, we may keep a proportionate part of the fee for work done.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the job, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.

6. Licence Watch

Renews yearly until cancelled. Alerts are for information and are not legal advice.
